The Gibson is tuned to open G with stock pickups for a mid 90’s Led Paul, 490R in the neck position and 498T in the bridge position. The Telecaster is strung in Nashville tuning, a Fender Wide Range humbucker in the neck position and a Dimarzio HotRail stacked singlecoil in the bridge position. Yes, that is gaffa tape on the faulty pickup selector to keep it in the neck position. Running through the pedals, all true bypass, from guitar (bottom) to amp (top) a Fender Volume and tone pedal, Dunlop Crybaby Wah and an Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer. The Tubescreamer has minimal drive and is acting as a simple boost to drive the gain stage of the amp for a little more crunch.
My mic set up was based on this method but executed with two mics, essentially omitting the Neumann used in the link.
